Six doctoral students in the School graduated

Congratulations to Dr Shahieda Adams (Occupational Medicine Division), Edwin Barasa (Health Economics Division), Zoe Duby (Social & Behavioural Sciences Division), Anna Grimsrud (Epidemiology & Biostatistics Division), Petal Petersen (Social & Behavioural Sciences Division) and Dr Virginia Zweigenthal (Public Health Medicine Division) who graduated with their PhDs on 11 June 2015.

These achievements attest to the growing strength and popularity of the doctoral programme, which now has 40 students pursuing their research in the various fields of public health and family medicine and registered in the 8 divisions of the School.A special thank you to Assoc. Prof Susan Cleary (Programme Convenor) and Ms Faranaaz Bennett (Programme Administrator) for running this programme in the School and to all the supervisors in the various divisions of the School and beyond for their academic contributions and mentorship of these students.
